This product does none of the things they say it do. The steam pressure is weak, grime on the stove and bathroom tiles does not budge an inch, the brushes are very delicate,2 of them were damaged with the very first use. This product actually makes cleaning chores a lot more tedious. Shark should take this off the market, it's awful.

I wish I could give it ZERO STARS1 Less than a year ago we bought a Shark Euro Pro S3325 Steamer. Recently we broke an attachment that is vital to the steaming process, an angle adapter. Maybe a $10-$15 item. Shark Company tells us they no longer carry that piece. Therefore our $180 Shark is uselessBe forewarned that if you buy any Shark product the same could happen to you

if i'd known that it was refurbished, i wouldn't have spent so much money on it. however, it did do the job. you have to wait for it to heat up for about 8 minutes in the beginning, then it shoots steam for only 1 minute, then it has to heat up again.

I purchased the shark steam cleaner via Amazon but from some hardware store that would never return my calls or emails. Mine was BRAND NEW !! I used it a few times on my tile floor , grout and bath tub. The grout tip wore out after one use.After about 5 uses following the instructions and only using distilled water, I turned it on 1 day and the adapter had cracked and it can't be used without it and they wanted as much to fix as it was to replace. So it went to the dump and I WOULD NOT recommend this model to anyone. There have got to be better brands out there with better customer service.The Shark people never returned my emails or my calls.

This Shark steam cleaner is cumbersome to use and not effective. The pressure is too weak to satisfactorily clean the shower stall. It's big & bulky and takes up a lot of room to store. I bought mine about 5 years ago and used it maybe 5 times total. I'm finally getting to cleaning out my closets and it's going in the yard sale this summer; if I don't sell it, it's going to be donated.

dont buy this product. it is missing parts and when i tried to return it, return was cancelled and only two of the five missing parts sent to me.

This product is not a toy. It arrived in a carton with seams that were burst. It had almost no packaging inside to cushion the item. The item was filthy and a few accessories were missing. This was obviously a used item that was never reconditioned prior to reselling it. The sellers should be ashamed to ship out something in this condition. We never used this item.

My daughter used this steam cleaner on the grout on the kitchen floor. She said it really cleaned it well. She was going to go over it again for more effectiveness. It was also used on the bathtub and did a really good job.

My original Shark Steam Blaster finally died after years of loyal service. I really depended on this item for many jobs. It was a terrific product. I tried to find a new one, but the only ones I could find were either refurbished or factory serviced. I found one that listed the condition as "new" under the "factory serviced" criteria. When it arrived, it arrived missing many of the crucial attachments. I don't know if it even worked because the piece to connect the floor steamer part was missing. I sent it back, very disappointed, that I still now had no steamer. Since it was listed as "new" condition, you would think the company that sent it out would have made sure the parts were with it. Seeing the parts missing, I doubt if they could even test it to see if it worked. If the attachments were missing, that should have been stated and the price should have been significantly lower. Amazon was excellent through all this. They refunded my purchase price and sent a return lable. I purchased another brand steamer through Amazon. It is very good, but does not hold all the attachments like my Shark did.
